1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "You," "your," "user," "member," "player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the bima88 platform in any capacity.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the bima88 platform is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bima88 is an adults-only platform. We conduct age verification at the point of withdrawal by cross-referencing your registered bank account details against your stated date of birth. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all active bets voided, and all funds returned to the original deposit method.
• You are a legal resident of Indonesia or are physically located within Indonesian territory at the time of account registration and use. bima88 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are accessing and using the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Professional betting syndicates, arbitrage operations, and automated betting systems are strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling platforms, either voluntarily or by regulatory order, and you are not listed on any national or international responsible gaming exclusion database.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from using online betting services.

bima88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use bima88, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Required information includes:

• Full legal name (matching your government-issued identification and registered bank account)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth
• Residential address within Indonesia
• Phone number (Indonesian mobile number)
• Chosen username and secure password

You may register only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent bima88 support.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing bima88 from shared or public devices.
• Notify bima88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

bima88 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to our security team immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, bima88 will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This typically involves submitting:

• A clear, color scan or photograph of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license)
• Proof of residence dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Verification that the name on your registered bank account matches the name on your bima88 account

KYC verification is mandatory and non-negotiable. Accounts that do not complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request will be placed under restricted status, preventing all withdrawals until verification is completed. This policy protects both you and bima88 from fraud, money laundering, and identity theft.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bima88 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 25.000 for bank transfers and Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual banks and e-wallet providers may impose their own transaction caps.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (payments from accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business entities) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Deposits are credited to your bima88 account instantly or within minutes, depending on the payment method used.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted at any time via your account dashboard. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. bima88 does not charge any platform fee for withdrawals.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a registered Indonesian bank account in your name. Processing times are as follows:

• BCA, BRI: 15–60 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB)
• BNI, Mandiri: 30–90 minutes during business hours
• OVO, DANA, GoPay: 15–30 minutes
• Other banks and e-wallets: 1–6 hours, up to 24 hours during holidays

Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be queued and processed on the next business day. National holidays (Indonesian Independence Day, Idul Fitri, Nyepi, etc.) may extend processing times by 24–48 hours.

Important: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification. Bonus wagering requirements must also be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for complete bonus terms.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on bima88 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bima88 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate, and a currency conversion fee may be charged by your bank or payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bima88 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are available only to verified accounts aged 21 or older.
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses simultaneously.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also called turnover requirements or rollover requirements), which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of bonus activation). Failure to complete wagering requirements within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each promotion.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members registering at bima88 are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to Rp 1.000.000 on their first deposit of Rp 100.000 or more. The welcome bonus carries a 30× wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Example: If you deposit Rp 500.000 and receive a Rp 500.000 bonus, you must wager Rp 15.000.000 (30 × 500.000) before you can withdraw any bonus-derived winnings. The welcome bonus is valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

5.3 Cashback Offers

bima88 offers a daily cashback program that returns 5% of your net losses (total losses minus total winnings over a 24-hour period) as bonus credit. Cashback is calculated and credited automatically at 12:00 WIB each day. Cashback bonus carries a 1× wagering requirement (you must wager the cashback amount once before it can be withdrawn) and is valid for 3 days.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

bima88 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts in cases of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly
• Betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., betting both red and black on roulette simultaneously)
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using automated bots or scripts to accelerate wagering

bima88's determination of bonus abuse is final and non-appealable.

6. Betting Rules & Market Settlement

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on bima88 are final and cannot be canceled once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming. Errors in your bet selection (wrong team, wrong market, wrong stake amount) cannot be corrected after confirmation. bima88 is not liable for user error.

6.2 Market Settlement

Football and sports betting markets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time) unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count toward settlement unless explicitly specified in the market description.

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original kickoff time. Live in-play bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card, penalty) but before the odds update will be voided.

Togel (lottery) results are settled based on the official draw outcome published by the respective lottery authority. Casino game outcomes (slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat) are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by licensed studios.

6.3 Maximum Payouts

bima88 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on certain markets. For football betting, the maximum payout per bet slip is Rp 50.000.000. For mix parlay accumulators, the maximum payout is Rp 100.000.000. For casino games, progressive jackpot maximums are displayed within each game. Any winnings exceeding stated maximum payout limits will be capped at the maximum and the excess forfeited.

7. Responsible Gaming

bima88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a set period. Once reached, further wagering is automatically blocked.
• Session Time Limits: Limit your active playing time per day. Reality-check reminders will appear at intervals you choose.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account if you feel gambling is becoming harmful. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting discrepancies between bima88's odds and those of other bookmakers to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your account.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate deposits with your bank or payment provider after funds have been credited and used for wagering.

bima88 employs advanced fraud detection systems and conducts regular audits. Suspicious activity is investigated thoroughly, and evidence of prohibited conduct is reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bima88, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with bima88 is to discontinue use of the platform. In no event shall bima88's total liability to you exceed the amount of your account balance at the time of the disputed event.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

bima88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Reasons for account suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Engaging in prohibited activities as defined in Section 8
• Inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
• Voluntary account closure requested by you

Upon account termination, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding fees, chargebacks, or bonus forfeitures. bima88 is not obligated to provide a detailed explanation for account closure decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bima88 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout, is the exclusive property of bima88 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of the platform
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the platform
• Use any automated system (spiders, robots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the platform
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

Unauthorized use of bima88's intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bima88 holds its operating license. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by bima88.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
